Background
I am currently working on cloud-native backend devlopment at Amazon, designing a database system for an internal platform tool that services thousands of API queries.
Before my current job, I completed my undergrad in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UT Austin. There, I had the opportunity to conduct research on a neural network compression model, teach the fundamentals of software to underclassmen, and work on some really cool projects ranging from reinforcement learning to web development. I also spent a summer at Amazon building a data pipeline and learning all about AWS.
In my free time, I have been exploring frontend development (which led to this site!), mainly learning about React, its frameworks, and styling using CSS.

- Build AWS-based, cloud-native, full-stack systems to support modules in a large-scale web app
- Design scalable systems to create customer-facing features and improve existing system latency
- Communicate closely with external teams to understand product needs, estimate timelines, and ensure consistency in common code packages
- Maintain fully automated continuous deployment pipelines by writing unit tests and integration tests, to reduce developer effort and make seamless deployments
- Implemented a data pipeline using Kotlin, AWS Services (Lambda, SNS, SQS) and a big-data platform to automate a task that took 60 developer days annually
